As a team, DomeTech has a workflow defined by the members values, as we need to push towards the same direction.

Those values are:

• Passion: DomeTech is formed by a group of people whose passion is technology, but from a perspective ethically correct.
• Innovation: DomeTech wants to create a cultural shift, and in order to do so it’s easier if the approach has never been seen before (use know many ways which haven’t reached our goal, let’s try a new one which could prevent the failure points from the previous attempts).
• Creativity: In order to evolve, new ways are being used to document and state our current progress. As a eco company, we intend to reduce the amount of waste and that implies new workflows.
• Excellency: As a company which purpose is to provide a cultural shift, it must be a positive change and the only way is to make it properly.
• Challegers: The dimensions which the company intends to affect is quite big. Dream big, work hard. That’s a challenge.
