How will our potential costumers find their way to our product? Once we have identified our target’s profiles, now it is paramount to establish in what situations these people will find the need for our product, which can be useful in order to know in which areas we need more visibility and what actions need to be taken to favor those situations .

Costumer 1: Javier – Javier is someone that is always on the go, and always prepared. This is why he needs his phone always by his side in order to stay connected while doing outdoor activities. This is why, if even by being prepared by having a Powerbank with him, he can be devastated if he runs out of battery and is unable to restart his phone.
It can be in that moment, when deciding whether to spend a lot of money to buy a new phone and stay connected or loose his long-accumulated data, that he can realize just how hooked he is to this technology, and might be interested in learning ways to be less dependent.

Costumer 2: Maria – Maria, differently from the rest potential users, is aware of her own dependence to technology. However, she initially feels like she does not have a choice, since she uses tech for her work.
It is this genuine desire to find tools and ways to reduce the use of technology in the workplace that can help Sandra find interest in our products.

Costumer 3: Sandra – Sandra is a young woman, and therefore, technology has been around her all her life. Instagram and Facebook posts are not a recent add-on, it is her way to communicate with the world. She doesn’t realize it, but her happiness is completely dependent of the numbers on her screen telling her how many strangers have seen her photos. However, she has never met any of them. Her mood changes constantly depending on those photos and she is not in control.
Even though social media can bring short-term entertainment, we humans are social people and require face-to-face interactions. Once this initial feeling of pride fades and Sandra is alone at her home is when she can realize that all the time she spends on social media hasn’t brought her any real friend of economic stability, that she needs to be able to diversify her activities, have them serve her and not the other way around.
