We want it to validate our Business Model Canvas so we created an online survey to do it. We send it to different people to be able to know our main risk and get a costumer inside in different aspects of the situation.

First of all, we want to know which kind of people had filled our survey… So we are going to provide some information in order to explore our work:

Among the people who are working, we’ve surveyed people on following sectors:
- Education
- Telemarketing
- Primary education
- Theatre
- Health
Here is what we find out:
- Many people thinks they know what technodependence is and there is a moderated feeling of technodependence across the people who filled the information:

- Among the many symptoms of technodependence, it’s important to know which are the more common (or easily detected by people who suffer from technodependece):

- And the many different people who suffer this symptoms can identify which context of their lives provide more effort towards developing technodependece:

And as we’ve seen, these people show interest on disconnecting from their technodependent routine:

And they want to seek help in some way, but not always:

Even though there is people not interested in getting external help, there is interest on different points such as:

As we’ve seen, there is a chance to offer to our target some services… And as we need money to operate we want to know if there is a chance of offering a service subscription fee, and the major part of the surveyed people could get in mind a monthly subscription for a service like ours:

And comments such as:
I would pay because I think it is really necessary for all the people to have a place where they can socialise with real persons and empower their mind doing other things apart from technology
I think you can have this place in the daily life. If you consider it is necessary, looking for spaces without technology it’s so esay. For example, disconnecting the mobile phone when you meet friends, going for a walk without the mobile (only feeling the nature), etc.
To disconnect from the routine
As we can see there are comments which deny the monthly fee, but there is a certain amount of people who are willing to pay up to 40€ for our services (a month):

Finally, we asked if there is a chance for people to offer workshops with us (without stating any perk or requirement) and the answers were quite interesting as have provided us validation on our “pay-per-event fee” we stated on our BMC.

You can find free plans by app like meet-up. I think a platform which requires you to pay for the services can be counter-productive. It would be better if the customer can get in without any subscription and only pay if he/she wants to join any activity offered.
